Last year Conan O’Brien visited my company and poked fun at the gray walls, sea of cubes and lack of excitement in the work place. Since then the company has been on a quest to improve the work environment and make it more open and exciting. Today was the open house and they did a great job rolling out the red carpet to make the employees feel comfortable. Free munchies, jazz band, video games on large screens and a laid back vibe. The local news stations even came to cover the event.
